Payment is expected within 30 days net, without discount. In the event of a reminder for an overdue invoice, a fee of CHF 20.- is applied.

Yes, in case of exceptional circumstances affecting costs (pandemic, shortage of raw materials, etc.), prices can be adjusted after discussion with the customer.

Complaints must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods. If a defect is found, VicartMed will replace or improve the product as soon as possible. The complaint must be accompanied by evidence (photos) and the return of the non-compliant item if possible.

Yes, within 10 days, with handling fees ranging from CHF 10 to CHF 80 depending on the value of the goods.

  • For small orders (between CHF 50.- and CHF 250.-): shipping costs of CHF 12.-.
  • Free delivery for orders over CHF 250.- (wholesalers) or CHF 150.- (doctors).

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect order by the customer: The goods can be returned within 10 days, with a handling fee of CHF 10.- to CHF 80.- depending on the value of the items.
  • Defective or non-compliant product: The merchandise will be taken back and replaced or fully refunded.

However, no returns or refunds are possible in the following situations:

  • Products made to measure for the customer.
  • Products whose labels or tags have been removed.
  • Products removed from the current sales program.
