The gauze swab (7.5x7.5cm, 17 threads, 12 plies, RX) in double sterile packaging is specially adapted for major Da Vinci robotic surgery procedures.
In thoracic surgery , its extended surface area optimizes hemostasis of major vessels, provides better protection between robotic instruments and vital structures, and ensures superior fluid absorption. It is particularly effective during procedures around the pulmonary arteries and the aortic arch .
Its format allows easy handling of debris during complex procedures such as lobectomies and tumor resections. The integrated radiopaque marker facilitates its post-operative traceability by radiographic control.
